Here’s another scene close to home. Here the mighty Fraser River rushes through the mountains at Yale, B.C., just at the start of the famous Fraser Canyon. Often seen with a shroud of cloud. A rainforest if not a famous one.

Another point of view of the Golden Ears Mountains in Maple Ridge. We found this view down on River Road in Glenn Valley at Poplar Bar Park on the Fraser River. I’ve never seen this view before and find I quite like it!

The Sea Imp III hard at work with a log boom on the Fraser River between Langley and Maple Ridge. Owned by Catherwood Towing the Sea Imp III is 7.77 meters long with 402 horse power and a single screw.
