I’m curious: The photo looks as though a grey filter was used, especially the area on the left, which almost looks like a veil of woodsmoke was placed in front of the subject … was there smoke in the area, or did you do something in post-exposure treatment to bring out the effect?
In any case, it’s a pleasing shot.

D, thank you! There was no smoke involved. There was a bit of haze which is prevalent this close to the city! No enhancements on this one!
